Current obsession: Jewelry Trends

From neon bib necklaces to long tribal, necklaces have been my current obsession lately!
During the summers my style gets very casual so I always turn to jewelry to spice up my outfits.

I think chunky necklaces are the best accessory for plain t-shirts and the one above is the perfect example! I'm in love with Miley's turquoise vintage necklace that she seems to sport very often! I have searched high and low for the said-to-be What Comes Around Goes Around/ Kirrily Johnston necklace and it seems that they do not sell it anymore, however I do have hope that I could find it somewhere online!
Some of my favorite type of necklaces are bright, statement, bib necklaces, simple and delicate necklaces, and long, bold. They are easy to help tie an outfit together whether you have a very dressy outfit, a dainty necklace makes it look very sophisticated and classy. Or a bright necklace to help add a pop of color to a dull outfit. Even longer necklaces to keep a casual and plain outfit have a little bit of personality. The bottom line is necklaces are one of the best accessories for me to have and will always be needed!

I've also been really enjoying the whole "stacking bracelet and watches" trend that has been fairly popular recently. This trend is also called "arm candy" or "arm swag", but personally I do not prefer using those terms. I love how you can pair all of your favorite bracelets with a classic watch and it looks very glam and helps give your outfit a bit of edge.

Last but not least I'm totally in love with rings! There are tons of different styles out there for everyone's personal style. It's a very subtle pierce of jewelry, yet it still makes a statement! Definitely an all time favorite of mine. I especially love wearing several on each hand went I want to go for that boho vibe!

Let me know your favorite jewelry trends and pieces or if you know any places that carry really neat accessories! Have a lovely day!

Runway Fashion Makeup

I have always loved looking at the crazy, abstracted, yet beautiful makeup looks from runway shows. They are so unique and creative to me and I don't think many people appriciate it, they seem to just view it as "weird" or "not a good look". But the thing is the makeup artists or designers of these fashion shoots/runways  take a lot of time and effort to come up with such an uncommon look and people do not realize it. Even though I'm very open minded and find beauty in the strangest things, I wish others could see it too. But until that will happen I will continue admiring the strange looks.

Let me know what you think of high fashion makeup looks!
